Gained experience. Would be good for recent college grads with zero experience. If you have any experience at all, run from this place. You can do better.
Cons
Ridiculously low pay for the skills desired. Insanely clique-y office culture; more like a sorority than a business. Management will lie to clients about work that isn't being completed, so the clients will keep paying for it. Management will overload staff with clients and then blame the staff for being overworked or stressed out. Management deliberately developed products like their Empowerment Program for small businesses knowing they'd need to pay FSC for additional training or for execution. Lack of management support and transparency with employees. Will choose the cheapest vendors for partnership, then throw employees under the bus when the vendors can't complete the job. Absentee management, completely clueless about the volume of clients or tasks assigned at any point in time. Crowded, noisy office space - as many as 3-4 people sharing an office meant for one person.
