Many good employees in the field, a few good managers in the field (but they leave quickly when they learn the culture);
Cons
Employees are in continuing fear that their location may be shut down; terror at the top - top management uses fear and intimidation for management; poor benefits - many keep employees at poverty level, little or no training - kept at minimum to meet Gov't and Client requirements
