Good shifts (10/10, 7/7) make balancing life and work easy
Cons
Compressed work week. 120 hours worked in ten straight days = 4 hours OT. Will force you to sign a sheet stating they don't have to pay you OT if you get asked to work extra days. Cut monthly retention bonus and travel pay ($1200/month total) and had the nerve to ask employees to pay for a pizza party for the superintendent after he landed a high paying job with the client. the list goes on and on.
