      Pros

      Good shifts (10/10, 7/7) make balancing life and work easy

      Cons

      Compressed work week. 120 hours worked in ten straight days = 4 hours OT. Will force you to sign a sheet stating they don't have to pay you OT if you get asked to work extra days. Cut monthly retention bonus and travel pay ($1200/month total) and had the nerve to ask employees to pay for a pizza party for the superintendent after he landed a high paying job with the client. the list goes on and on.

      Pros

      7 in and 7 out is definitely the best part of this job. The people are great and flights and accommodations are covered.

      Cons

      The camp food is terrible. The wage is considerably lower than the wages that the oil company employees are getting. Poor pension and no bonuses.

      Pros

      Good people to work with on various sites. Despite senior management they focus on safety on doing the best they can under the circumstances.

      Cons

      Senior exec management says one thing and does another. Pay is average at best. No bonuses even when earned. Morale is low.
