Terrible company culture with favouritism and discrimination - Customer Service Representative (CSR) FUCHS Employee Review

Very clicky group of people in a small office. No room for growth at all. Supervisor is power hungry and a helicopter sup, pointing out all your mistakes if you're new but nobody else's mistakes. Lots of whispering between certain staff every day. As a newbie you will get all of the work while your coworker texts and shops all day, with upper management doing nothing about it. No support from upper management at all. They will just say they don't believe you. That position is a revolving door. I mean, look at who we have to work with. That just says it all. Don't work here unless you want to have a miserable life.
