      Pros

      Nice opportunity Their vision and what they want to achieve with their stories. Creative

      Cons

      Gives ridiculous short timeframe to finish work. WILL NOT get back to you unless you talk to them about work. It can be infuriating to wait for over a week or more for a reply about something simple.
