For a company who says it values their employees, they sure do burn them out pretty quickly. I understand that business is business, but companies can’t make money without their employees.
There are stores that are hemorrhaging, but when the staff ask for help from the district management, the DM turns a blind eye and only pays attention to the top performing stores. The top performing doesn’t need that much help; we needed help and no one was or is there for us.
In my district, favoritism and cliquiness were (and still are) common themes. And I know that because I was a favorite…. and that made me uncomfortable but you have to play the game to succeed I guess
