      - Supportive colleagues and team leader - Focus on team building - Good pay if you're actually able to secure sales

      Cons

      - Mentally and emotionally draining - Generally low success rate unless you're a really dedicated sales rep - Not sustainable as a long-term job

      Pros

      You'll get to learn what it means to sell. Very steep learning curve. Highly motivated employees. You can make a lot of money if you learn fast and work hard.

      Cons

      Work location. Not a lot of training given. Very demanding for inexperienced sales people. Many freelancers quit during the first week.

      Decent training, although short. Everyone is expected to help everyone else out.

      Cons

      No reason for people to switch to the service unless Fios was available. Otherwise it was an inferior product.
