      The team has mostly young, energetic and enthusiastic people who are eager to learn

      Words cannot describe how pathetic this place is to work at. Result of having 25 year olds as Directors and Heads. Absolutely rubbish leadership. Would give the leadership team 0/5 stars

      a lot of flexibility because lack of direction and management ( this is not a pro but the only thing i can think of) office is nice

      Cons

      1. company culture 2. they do not pay you commission, KPI for them is for employees not to meet and if you do they will increase the # 3. lack of management 4. lack of direction
