I have been working at FGC for 9 years. Great bunch of quality and hardworking individuals. Feels very Midwest and full of proud Wisconsinites.

Sometimes the hours can be long.

Great company with a very good support structure. The work is not overly-taxing and there is DEFINITELY a good home Life Balance. The paperwork is easy. It's not like other companies that I have worked for that drown you in reports. Also, the pay is right in line with other organizations

A very flat infrastructure. A great place to work, but no apparent career growth. The medical benefits are quite expensive. I chose to use my wife's benefits due to affordability.
