Factored is a good place to work. The CEO is very transparent and honest, and while salaries are not particularly high, I do think there are good learning opportunities.

There can be a sense of favoritism among Colombian employees. It may not be very obvious at first, but over time it can feel that way. There are also several family members and even couples working in nearby teams, which may create some concerns around fairness and objectivity.

Also, the very low attrition rate is proof that people genuinely love working here. More than a con, is a current challenge. The company is growing very quickly. For staff/non-engineering roles, the main challenge is the need for rapid adaptation. You must quickly grasp the business needs and operational speed to keep pace. For Engineering roles, this is generally not an issue, as they are provided with exciting projects, supportive leadership, and clear growth paths.
