- salaries are LOW and under Barcelona's standards: you think you're getting 20k a year for example. but in fact, they make 30% of your pay a variable. You only get 14k a year and for the remaining it depends on your performance every month. They will explain this to you very badly because even they don't know how it works and realize how unfair this is. Most companies offer 20k + whatever variable.
- they keep saying the culture at Factorial is great, but there is a lot of gossip, unequipped and understaffed HR, harsh criticism without explanation, no support from your manager or even a way to improve yourself without the fear of being fired constantly above your head
- Management (CRO) has no proper way of speaking to people, can't take any criticism and sees people as numbers.
- The teams are constantly shuffled under new managers. Their "managers" are in the company for 4 months and not trained on how to actually manage people. Makes me think they like to give titles instead of pay raises.
- Forced to come to the office during a pandemic when no precautions are introduced at the office. There have been MULTIPLE positive cases and not once did the office get disinfected when they would close it for 2 weeks only.
