Pros
Factorial is a company in which you can grow a lot and really fast. Being a fast-paced environment, you have to know how to adapt to new strategies real quick, but that also allows growth within the company. For example, I started as SDR and became an AE after 7 months. After being an AE for another 7 months, I then got the opportunity to turn Team Leader for the SDR inbound team. Cultural fit is very important, Factorial is a company where you can meet a lot of amazing people, we spend a lot of time together even outside of the office and that makes some hard working days smoother.
Cons
The hard part of Factorial is having to apply new rules and strategies that you sometimes disagree with. We are a Scale-Up, so we act like one, everything changes a lot and we need people to be ready to change the way they work at any time, accept feedback and apply it regardless of what they can think about it.
