      Pros

      Great place to work. Company is honest and fair in every way. They empower all of their employees to make the right decisions to take care of problems immediately. Work hours are reasonable and pay is competitive.

      Cons

      I would prefer not to have to work Saturdays, but appreciate not working Sundays and holidays.

      Pros

      Great company to work with and work for. Have seen tremendous growth since inception since 1993.

      Cons

      Potential lack of advancement within the company. However, as is the nature of the business I understand the reasons for this potential downfall.
