Pros
EQ is definitely a valued skill at FactoryFour and If Im being honest it is what has kept me sane through the pandemic. The team at FactoryFour is very collaborative, relaxed, and down to earth which makes it easy to ask anyone for help or simply just to hangout. If you are motivated there is a lot of room for growth and given the size of the company you can work closely with upper management whom all want to help develop you. I was promoted from SDR to Operations Manager in less than a year and that was thanks to management that really helped develop my skills. As for the product it really speaks for itself. I have no doubt Factoryfour will be a strong competitor within the MES space.
Cons
As with any startup, we def have growing pains and we're currently running lean which means you will definitely be wearing multiple hats, but we are currently going through a high growth phase.
