Not enough company picnics-as they are so much fun! :)

The top management bosses were nice, the company seemed to know where it is heading and was always sharing updates on a regular basis.

The problem was a couple people with some level of toxicity on the management level, when the company was aware but no changes were made, although promised. Several good employees ended up leaving for medium level management not working properly with their teams.
