Don't work here - Anonymous employee Fairplex Employee Review

Dirty, run down,poor management, outdated equipment. This place is really dirty and unorganized. I worked during the fair and it was a disaster, This place has a whole year to plan for this thing and has done it for like 100 years and they still can't get it right. I was told I couldn't work over-time because it would affect the managers bonuses; even though we didn't have enough employees to do our jobs. Human resources was a joke. Many of their employees look like they just got out of jail and are on drugs or used to do a lot of them. I will not return next year. I can't work somewhere that I can't take seriously.
