Mission is of course very important, you can help make a difference in the lives of many. The staff are committed and try to help each other. The workplace is very diverse.
Cons
The management does not play well together, it strikes an observer as a competitive environment. Differences in hoped for outcomes is often seen and positioned as competition. Turnover is very very high. Transparency is very very low. Politics take the lead as opposed to policy.
