Inner circle of upper management that you have to work your life away to get into HR folks are not fun to deal with--not people oriented at all 401k fine print--takes 5-6 years to be fully vested, didn't know that ahead of time PTO policy not great Don't value external ideas...have to be in the elite group or else they won't really listen to you
