Pros
Pros would be the ease in which I was able to be picked up by the company. I had zero experience and right out of EMT school. The interview was professional and the younger gentleman was very nice.
Cons
Shift options. The shift times are a bit odd for my personal life. However I was able to make things work fine with a few adjustments. When I first came on board, it was a little difficult to pick up shifts as I had to wait on my state EMT license but they gave me full time hours driving a wheelchair car around where I would do maybe 3 jobs a shift. It seemed easy enough.
