Pros
Schedule is nice because you get 48 hours of work in 2 days.
Cons
Working 24 hour shifts leaves you exhausted making you not want to pick up OT. We get paid less than all fast food employees. You get treated horribly by the fire department. Dealing with scheduling to get days off can be a nightmare. The company expects you to go above and beyond. Promotions don't feel like promotions because there isn't a big difference in pay salaries so it makes it hard to make a career at this company.
