      Lavorare in un'azienda solida, sicura. Tanti benefit "collaterali" (sconti, mensa...). Se te ne sbatti, hai un buon equilibrio tra vita privata e lavorativa.

      Assoluta mancanza di meritocrazia, stipendi molto bassi, straordinari non pagati ma molto incentivati

      You get good commissions on the peak seasons.

      Cons

      Micromanaging, disorganization, fake promises when they interview you, high management (italians) they don’t care about the humans working for them, they just care about results. Everybody hates working there.
