Pros

I will hand it to them, they could teach a master class in how to draw you in to the company and make you feel valued and believe in their vision. The only problem, it’s all a big scheme for them to abuse your time and feed you false information about the industry.

Cons

Falkbuilt’s upper management preach to the employees that if they work hard, put in the overtime, and always have a good attitude they will be rewarded. They operate on the bygone philosophy that you are bound a company strictly by loyalty and that if you don’t “work as hard” as everyone else, you can exit the way you entered. The problem with that philosophy is that they use it to guilt employees in to working ridiculous amounts of overtime and being available at all hours with, and I can’t stress this enough, NO COMPENSATION. They also create a false work environment of equality. There’s two groups at falk, the upper management which includes their friends and family, and then everyone else who give up their entire personal life to put hours in to the company with as previously mentioned, no compensation. If you aren’t part of the cool kids club, you basically are treated like garbage and your personal time is abused to the point where you are so burnt out you can’t continue at the company any more. If you enjoy little to no free time, working during time off, being verbally abused by your upper management team, and being expected to respond on weekends, Falkbuilt is the place for you.

Pros

You travel a lot, and don't spend a lot of the money you make.

Cons

You don't get to be home. I was told at most 50% time traveling. In 9 months I spent over 200 days on the road.

Pros

The creator is well known in the industry, and it hasn't been hard to grow the business. Also, there are a lot of great people who have helped create the company and you know they have their heart in it to succeed.

Cons

With a startup company there are a lot of tweaks which can get messy at times. As long as you enjoy contributing to the evolution of the product, there isn't much cons.
