Pros
Working with the kids is great. Potential to make a difference in underprivileged families' lives.
Cons
The place is managed badly, especially with the assistant directors. They micromanage to a ridiculous extent, yet don't provide any helpful feedback or support. Everything you do is wrong, even if you do exactly what you're told. Expectations are unreal.
