Pros
The President of the company is encouraging and very friendly. He goes around saying Hi to employees every morning. He is proud of his products. Beautiful office space. The corporate office has a gym in place for employees to keep fit and stay healthy.
Cons
The CTO/CFO is in inexperienced and very bad at management. There is a lot of backbiting from the CTO. Likes to talk about other employees and is very emotional. He allows his own personal feelings to cloud his judgement and will take credit for all good work done and apportion blame when there is an issue. There is no career growth path for virtually 98% of employees.
