Pros
Important agency to the rural area it covers. Very dedicated team of leaders but very poor leadership at the top.
Cons
Took a pay freeze and reduction in benefits right after starting, not enough resources to do the job and people had to worry constantly whether there would be enough money. In one instance, Exec. Director failed to approve payroll and staff had to wait 5 days until he returned from vacation. This affected over 80 people, many of them living paycheck to paycheck.
