Great leadership – striving to stay at the forefront of industry changes and to maintain focus on client welfare over bureaucratic processes. They also encourage work-life balance. Caring co-workers – concerned about each other’s personal and professional welfare. The company culture encourages further education and provides flexibility to pursue individual interests related to client care.

The pay is average, the benefits are good for individuals but expensive for other family members. Cohesion between clinicians and administrative staff could be better.

The Supervisors/Program Managers are amazing and they have built a good team. Lots of team work and support. This is also a pretty big agency with several different programs, so there is some opportunity to change to different programs.

I found the pay to be solid for a non-profit, but not the highest salary.
