Mission-driven company; you're doing good work and helping people in a for-profit environment. Pay is very competitive. Great team of people. Some of the staff is local to Bethlehem, but there are also staff from other areas who are able to work remotely which is a plus.

No company is perfect, but I really enjoyed this job. No major cons.

Easy commute in Lehigh Valley (right off 78). Free medical coverage for employees.

Uncomfortable desks and chairs in call center. Constant changing faces. People laid off one day for lack of work then new people starting following week with no explanation. Everyone hates their job but has no place else to go in recession. And I lost 2 vacation days because hurricane sandy knocked out power in the office and we couldn't come to the office. Everybody is related in management so no advancement or raise of any kind.
