      - Easy to build fast relationships - Lots of autonomy - Supportive team - Hybrid work schedule - Employer paid benefits - Gaming Allowance

      Cons

      None I can think of. I live a little far from the office, but we go in maybe 1-2 a month so it really isn't that bad.

      Cons

      Instability. Lots of layoffs. Changing priorities.
