- Unstable and the structure is constantly changing - Poor pay - Really high turnover of staff - Lots of promises that don't get fulfilled - Toxic behaviour towards those who leave

- No real training but a lot of high expectations - No communication within senior leadership so often mixed messages and assuming messages have been passed on - Very low salaries with small bonuses - High turnover making which means junior staff are often left training new team members
