Managers are bullies who keep working people in customer-facing roles like Ops and Sales to the max. Long hours, followed by the constant change in responsibilities and increasing workload without any compensation. And no, it's not the fast-paced scale-up environment they keep bringing up, it's bad management. Very target driven. The management team offers no support in reaching said targets. With the constant change of processes, they expect you to keep working hard for their business, but they don't provide any tools. If you dare to question anything they will dismiss you and label you problematic. You must follow the leadership team BLINDLY and be enthusiastic about everything No support. If you are struggling with work or mental health, you're on your own. No HR function Dishonest. They claim to be a growing company, but they have just let ten people go. The leadership has no idea what they are doing. Their mission to "change the way the world deals with death" turned out to be an illusion. They are money-driven and inexperienced They are elitists. Promotions within my team depended on who's friends with the manager.The other reviews about nepotism and random promotions are pretty accurate No diversity
