1. Poor leadership from top management. Misdirection from top leaders and shift the blame to employee who is not even responsible for the framework. 2. Poor and ineffective HR management, makes you feel like what HR is actually doing. Contract employee does not even have performance review?? The offer letter also different from fellow colleagues eventho they hold the same title and position. Again, makes you think how HR measure this actually. 3. Unbalance salary and gaps from one position to another. Do HR even makes a background study before hiring? 4. No proper documentation and record-keeping. C levels also emailed like a whatsapp conversation without proper context. Unproffesionals. 5. No proper training provided. 6. The most disappointing part is that the company presents a strong facade on LinkedIn and Instagram, yet internally the management appears indifferent, as if waiting for the organization to fall apart.
