Pros

Applications are very variable. Sprint evaluations are very simple.

Cons

There's no collaboration within the team. Assignments are given and you're on your own. Especially be very careful with a manager named Ayhan. He can't support you, and you are unsuccessful in tasks

Pros

Wide range of products: Farmazon has a wide range of products, including groceries, household items, and personal care products. This means that employees will have the opportunity to learn about a variety of different products and gain knowledge in many different areas. Convenient location: Farmazon is an online retailer, meaning that employees can work from the comfort of their own homes or from a designated location. This can be a great benefit for those who want a flexible work schedule or who live in remote areas. Good benefits: Farmazon offers a comprehensive benefits package to its employees, including health insurance, retirement savings plans, and paid time off. This can be a great benefit for those looking for a stable and supportive work environment. Opportunity for growth: Farmazon is a growing company, meaning that there are often opportunities for employees to advance within the company and take on new roles and responsibilities. This can be a great opportunity for those looking to grow their careers. Positive company culture: Farmazon values its employees and has a positive company culture. This can make it a great place to work, as employees are treated with respect and given the support they need to succeed.

Cons

Limited in-person interaction: As an online retailer, employees at Farmazon may not have the opportunity to interact with customers in person. This can be a downside for those who enjoy face-to-face interactions with customers. But it's not necessary.
