Excellent paid time off Good work life balance

Horribly managed; focused business all in Canada and away from the USA where much of income is from Employees had no voice, even some longtime managers Upper management could be nasty and created a toxic culture driving multiple employees away Salaries are subpar for lower level employees

Laid Back Most positions are remote Some really great people

Lacking company communication Lacking regular reviews and feedback
