It is easy to find work once you past the training period and also they are giving lots of option to the people of what kind of job they want to take and what sort of training they need to past to get it.
Cons
It is hard for some people to apply here because they have a Strick regulation and procedures to comply and also for those who have a hard time expressing themselves during interview they will have some hard time to pass.
