      To see the students succeed and move forward in ther Careers.

      Nothing is never documented such as if there were changes in employee policies it was just by word of mouth and documented

      Pros

      Good pay, lots of leads, great training

      Cons

      Laid off most of the admissions sales force and did not pay commissions owed. Refund policy for unhappy students was shady.
