I really enjoyed working at FastenMaster and the company culture that they have. Sales team is mostly young men and women and is fun to be a part of. They are willing to share and be transparent that allows young professionals to learn a lot about business. Good management
Cons
There is limited growth opportunities throughout the whole organization. I had to leave to find other career advancement opportunities
