      The team I worked with was incredibly friendly and supportive. There was a great sense of teamwork

      High workload. The company was too focused on adding new features instead of improving and refining current ones.

      - The people are quite nice, although they can't attract enough talent so decide to hire students.

      Cons

      - No progression or job structure - Management don't have a clue how to scale - No responsibility for previous cycle failures, instead they fire 80% of staff instead of C level taking a step down
