None, there is no pros in going to this company

They change their businesses too frequently. The work environment is so bad that no employees were seen older than 3 months. Zero work knowledge, all founders don't even know how to talk to their employees. All employees are hard working, but they put so much pressure on one employee that they give 5 people work on one employee In the interview, they told me that there are 15 marketing people, but there were only 3, and one was an intern.

Very good in faking things

1. Hygiene is the basic thing, but for them it's nothing, public toilets are more clean and hygienic as compared to theres. 2. HR is just for name all the things are handled by Co-founder so he is the POC for everything. 3. You will see a lot of micro management there. 4. They will not provide you an offer letter as they are scared that the person will negotiate somewhere else. 5. They consider themselves as a MNC and the CO-founder don't know the difference between innovation and intiation. 6. ZERO Professinalism 7. ZERO Coperation 8.ZERO Self Respect 9. 100% Exploitation of employee 10. Salary will never be on time and you will never get a overtime. 10 to 7 is timings but you general shift will last till 9pm.
