      Flexible Good pay (for a retail job) Laidback Friendly ethos Staff discount Majority of customers are nice and respectful

      Cons

      Offer tiny contracts No extra pay on bank hols or christmas Can be quite boring work Limited career progression If on small hours contract then you don't accrue any holiday for extra hours worked Payroll keeps being cut so there are less people to do the work (stressful)
