Just a job - Warehouse Associate Faviana Employee Review

The whole team is so nice and I learned from everyone not just within my department. My supervisors explained all tasks and questions thoroughly. I learned a lot about Excel and the business overall as we prepared for market.

None that I can think of! The internship was unpaid which was expected, but always try to negotiate for a stipend of some sort as a piece of advice!

The marketing team, as well as other departments, were always friendly and personable. Faviana being a smaller company, the marketing team takes the time to get to know their interns and are sure they are getting the most out of the interning experience. It was important to my Marketing Director that the things I wanted to learn, I was learning and getting hands on experience with. As I showed the team that I was comfortable with tasks, I was given more responsibilities and learning opportunities. They were very flexible with my school schedule, as I am a full time student who was also working 3 day a week in addition to the internship. I was involved with every project the marketing team was apart of whether it was writing posts for blog, model castings, event planning, and so on. I was always welcomed to ask questions and they took the time to converse with me about social media strategy, editorial tasks, PR, event planning, and anything I can do to improve my skills. This internship has been an amazing experience. I have made network connections I believe I will have through my whole career. I would absolutely recommend this internship to another student.

No cons. Due to the internship being for school credit, it is unpaid, but I knew that prior to application. Not a con, but good to know for any future applicants!
