I don't have any good things about this company. Because within 4 months they fire 75% of employees including me.
Cons
There are lot of cons with this company. I will explain. 1) Job security is zero. They will fire you anytime without proper notice or explanation. They didn't gave you compansation. If we ask the reason to HR. She will say this is the management decision, she can't do anything. 2) Stop hiring your relatives and friends: Most of the employees in this company are either relative or friends of the management people. Don't make the innocent candidates fool. In terminating process they all are safe and others are out. So my advice is if you are not a relative or friend to the management then please don't join. You will get fired anytime. 3) Don't fall in fake offers or fake salary: I will say my story. I have a good job at one of the best company before I was joining fss. There is good culture, good job security everything is there. But for a change I got an offer from this company and I joined here because they give me more than 100% hike. In that time I don't know this is a trap. They will hire you if they have work or project. After project completion they will fire you. In my case me and most of my other colleagues gets terminated after 3 months of joining. They terminated employees from Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai offices. Here what happens is I lost my previous job because of this company. So if you are planning to join fss. Please think twice or thrice. Sometimes they will offer you 100 or 200 percentage hike with current salary. Believe me that is a trap. You will lost your job soon in fss. 4) They don't have any projects: FSS doesn't have any projects. They are only showing fake things in their social media handles. This company will not stay for more years. It will close soon. Because they don't have any revenue. They are burning money for the products that no one will ever buy. To my advice to the people who planning to join this company is If you join fss you are spoiling your career. One of the biggest mistake I done in my life is accepted fss offer. Iam regretting now. If you are in a good company now please don't join here. This fss is temporary. Anytime you will lost your job, so for this don't lose your current job.
