You have find out a lot of the answers yourself and deterred from asking too many questions.

No real pros for this terrible company but the office is located in a nice building as the owner of the company is also the owner of the building. With all the money saved from paying staff below the standard, gets you a nicer building I guess.

1. This company has a culture of expecting employees to work beyond their scheduled shifts and gives you an attitude when you leave on time. 2. They act like they are doing you a favor when you request to use your accrued vacation days. 3. The owner of the company operates several businesses under different names but utilizes the same staff to do the work and to make matters worse, the compensation does not adequately compensate for the substantial workload across these various enterprises (capitalists at its finest). 4. This company is inclined to exploit and mistreat its employees. 5. HR lady told me that discussing salary matters could result in termination, despite this being against the law. 6. The company offers below standard benefits and paid time off, despite being called “federal standard”. They also go by FSA but do not even offer FSA as a benefit – which is quite ironic. 7. Beware of office staff, they tend to engage in gossip and gangs up to blame newer, younger employees. Someone also posted fake high salaries on here. DO NOT be fooled – fair compensation is unlikely at this company. The list goes on but these are the main cons.
