Attend weekly meetings with colleagues and staff focusing on diversity, social justice, leadership, interpersonal communication, self-care, campus and community resources, coaching skills, student in distress, and team building. Develop authentic, high-quality, personal relationships with students. Build life-long relationships, help others, leave a legacy, make an impact.
