*No support - no support when the teams are stressed, no support when you want to improve or progress, no support when you have an actual problem with another colleague. *You are just a number to the Sr. leadership team. They wont invest a second in your progression, it doesn't matter if you've worked in the company for more than 6 years... you might not get the AVAILABLE role because they don't believe in you, instead of supporting and giving you the extra tools you need. *Good employees who actually made a difference in the company left, mainly been pushed out by senior management. * I agree with someone else's comment - "A lot of misleading messages from leadership team about career opportunities; they just do not exist" *you may complete all your objectives and more and get a £500 pay review after being promised something different *no social culture. the place is so toxic please run home after working hours *Diverse / Culture / Values are all bla bla bla *Different benefits for different people, even if they are in the same level
