Pros

Get to travel although will have to share a room with a colleague.

Cons

They lie about their investment connection to the CCP to foreign clients, something which can be found in their annual reports published yearly.

Pros

Had some amazing co-workers...but they all quit

Cons

I've never seen an environment this toxic or chaotic. What I have seen is: Management scream at employees in front of the entire office. The entire marketing team get up and walk out one day. Someone successfully negotiate raise, only to be fired days later. I've seen the company send someone to that person's house on a Saturday to force them to sign their termination papers. I've seen employees sue for illegal treatment. I've seen emails come from a completely made up HR person that's just management avoiding confrontation. I've seen people get their salaries cut by over 40% with an email notice from fake HR I've seen management come in at 10am everyday, then preach about "we all" need to work as many hours as it takes to reach out goals. I've seen the company agree to salaries to get employees to take the job, only to change them DRAMATICALLY without warning. Then, there are the meetings.... Absolute insanity. They start at 1PM and run till 8 o'clock at night. Multiple times per month. Most of the meeting is management droning on for HOURS about some weird rabbit hole topic she found on the internet that week. It has no bearing on anything. It will be this lavish presentation, like she pitching a board of directors or giving a Ted talk. We have 6 employees. Hours and hours of these mind numbingly irrelevant presentations by a person who barely speaks English. Then, it's your turn. Every employee must then give an equally elaborate presentation about what they did that week. This place is a circus run by evil clowns.
