      Pros

      Everyone was very friendly but overworked so it could get tense, occasionally we had lunch provided. Perfect if you speak Spanish.

      Cons

      Small office adjacent to the warehouse so it was very loud, not organized, low retention rate, job responsibilities were not clearly outlined and followed.

      Pros

      The staff really cares about their employees and their families. They will try to get to know you on a more personal level. Since it's a small company there are opportunities to grow within the company.

      Cons

      The practices allowed or used within the company are at times deceptive. At times, it may be difficult speaking with customers when you empathize with their situation but you're also trying to do right by the company.
