Pros
I think of Ferguson as family. I have been given the opportunity to make good money, make many great friendships, and think for myself. I am constantly learning new things about my industry, and I never feel bored. If you are self motivated and are not looking to be spoon fed, it's a good place to be. I also really like my management team.
Cons
There are times where this job can be very overwhelming but you get through it. Customers can not grasp the amount of work that we actually do, so that can put a lot of pressure on us.
