      Great people from all walks of life work here, great customers (most of the time)

      Cons

      I feel like Ferguson is a trial by fire company & they don’t have a good way to train people. It feels like the only way you learn is from your mistakes. They also do lay offs every year & then are too lean in the busy season (spring, summer, early fall)

      benefits are not the best, health care is more expensive than many comparable or better plans. 401k match is insignificant

      Can’t think of one pro working at this job..

      Cons

      The cameras and constantly being monitored and the camera going off for no reason, you absolutely have no privacy . Don’t have important conversations in the company’s vehicle’s 👀 you never know who’s listening.
