Pros

None at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Cons

Everything about the place. To start they claim to care about the employees but they absolutely do not. I’m forced to resign due to poor working conditions after being on leave for 14-weeks and no real resolution. Forced labor, sometimes 15+ hr days without a break, mandatory overtime, lack of communication, lies, and coercion, grossly understaffed and underpaid. This is just a couple examples. If want to be treated like crap, used and abused then it’s for you. Otherwise, I’d look anywhere else. If you are a hard worker you will be rewarded with more work, no additional pay or help while others in the branch don’t do a thing and get paid for nothing. Management loves their dei hires, not treated with any respect at all! Best thing I ever did was submit my resignation. Gonna go back to school and change career paths after this experience. I’ll never return to an office job again!

Pros

Huge office space and freedom to work independently in break rooms instead of being stuck at a desk. They have many opportunities for growth but the high paying roles are salaried and are paid once a month instead of biweekly. Overall a great company with good benefits

Cons

Lower pay than normal for the work

Pros

Stable company with strong financial backing and deep pockets. Solid commission opportunities once you build a strong client base. Certain regions and business groups are willing to invest in and support business growth.

Cons

Some regions are under constant pressure to cut costs, making it increasingly difficult to service customers effectively and grow the business. Management is often absent and lacks understanding of the day-to-day realities of running such a lean operation. Overall talent quality has been declining, and the management compensation and bonus structure frequently drives irrational decision-making.
