      Pros

      The only good thing about the place are the people in the support & development teams (only people who actually do work) which in turn is actually no reflection on the company itself. Great place to work if you want to be depressed 5/7 days per week

      Cons

      Chaotic work environment General management is farcical No career progression Pathetic salary No benefits No bonus Arrogant CEO No work/life balance - expectation to work weekends with no pay

      Good WLB, Good pay (for a company in tier 3 city), excellent team culture

      It's a small company, so ita bot for someone who wanted to have a mnc kind of interior and culture.
